Up at 05.00 to finish packing, breakfast and flight from Luxor to Cairo. Visit to Cairo Museum mid morning until early afternoon. Many of the treasures and artefacts from the tombs are displayed in the museum. No photography in museum so have to resort to postcards or guidebook. Afterwards travelled across Cairo to get to hotel - Le Meridien Pyramids. This hotel is very close to the pyramids, which can be seen through some windows in the hotel.
