Day 1 and Day 10 were spent travelling to Egypt and back again and no attempt was made to record the journeys in photographs.

The Nile cruise was on board MS Royal Viking. The boat was very comfortable with good sized and well furnished cabins, good public spaces, and very good catering. The 2 nights in Cairo were at the Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel. Convenient for the Pyramids but a bit tired.
