Day 1 - Thursday 29th May 2014

On the first day we travelled to London St Pancras where we boarded the Eurostar train to Paris. 

We were booked overnight in a hotel near to the Rail Station Gare de Lyon, before continuing on to Turin on Day 2. All went well; no delays, the taxi picked us up from home OK; the hotel was comfortable and next door to the station.
